We believe in collective health

Springbrook Health & Wellness is a collective of practitioners and disciplines whose goal is to help better the people of their community.

What we do

Physiotherapy

Help people through movement and exercise, manual therapy, modalities and most importantly education. Physiotherapists can help all age groups and can support both prevention of injury and rehabilitation. On your first visit, the Physiotherapist will learn about your medical history, assess your condition, and create a plan with you. Your visit with us will also include treatment time.

Chiropractor

Help people through spinal and joint alignments. At Springbrook, our Chiropractor utilizes diversified Chiropractic Techniques with a wide range of treatment methods to address neuromusculoskeletal complaints including temporomandibular dysfunction, plantar fasciitis, chronic headaches, rotator cuff pathology, patellar tracking dysfunction, pregnancy-related conditions such as posterior pelvic pain, and more. On your first visit our Chiropractor will review your medical history, assess your condition, create a plan with you. Your first visit will also include treatment time.

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a gentle form of manual therapy that balances the body and structure to restore motion and improve alignment to better your health and wellness. Our goal is to help find and restore problematic function in your body that leads aches, pains and other forms of acute and chronic conditions. On your first visit our Osteopath will review your medical history, create a plan of care and initiate your treatment.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is the insertion of thin, metal needles to stimulate specific points known as ‘acupoints’ of the body that reach meridians. Traditional Chinese medicine holds that there are 365 commonly used acupuncture points on 20 meridians on the human body. The needles help to regulate the flow of qi throughout the body and thus restore health and balance to the mind and body. On your first visit our Acupuncturist will review your medical history, create a plan of care and initiate your treatment.

Massage Therapy

Rendered by the gentle manipulation of the soft tissue, Massage Therapy serves to help our patients reach their goals and improve their activities of daily living. Our Therapists are equipped with the knowledge and tools to assess the issue and identify the best method of treatment. RMTs treat such issues as muscle spasms, thoracic outlet syndrome, swelling, trigger points, chronic and acute injury, headaches, nerve pain among many others.

Bracing, Compression, Orthotics

Sometimes to help our bodies help themselves, external support may be used to get through various stages of pain, or maintain the status of relief (depending on the patient’s history and/or condition). With that, Springbrook Health & Wellness is happy to offer consultations with patients to determine if a support of any kind is right for you, answer questions you have about a device or simply help you access an already prescribed device just the same. Just call or email and our support staff will help set up an appointment.
